Join us for the 2023 Board Boot Camp, a complimentary community association seminar on Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Avoid Making the News: a focus on proper enforcement and recent case law that affects our industry
Our theme this year is Avoid Making the News, which features three sessions: “Bad Facts Make Bad Laws,” which focuses on proper enforcement and recent case law that affects our industry; “Collect Assessments, Not Headlines,” which highlights reasonable assessment collection practices; and “HOA 360,” which addresses emerging trends in homeowner leadership. The three-hour presentation will be from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM with continuing education credit available. The seminar will be in two formats this year: (1) live in-person in the Dogwood Room at the Smyrna Community Center located at 200 Village Green Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080, and (2) simultaneously broadcasted via Zoom for those who prefer to attend from home. Registration and a complimentary continental breakfast will begin at 8:00 AM for those who attend in-person.

Registration is required to attend. This is a three hour GREC approved course and attendees will have the opportunity to interact with course instructors via a live response system. This year the course is being offered both in person and online via Zoom so reserve your place today!
