Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC traces its beginnings to the opening of its Alpharetta office in 2004, when its attorneys focused almost exclusively on community association law. Today, it has grown to include more than 20 attorneys who provide a full breadth of legal services to our clients. The success of our firm is based upon four principles. These principles have become the culture of our firm. The first is that we are responsive to our clients. We promptly return phone calls, emails, and letters. No matter the growth we have had, we continue to provide individual attention to our clients. The second principle is that we provide a high level of service to our clients and results in the matters that have been entrusted to us. When we are hired, for example, to collect unpaid assessments, our job is to collect the assessments. It is not to bill our clients without results. The third principle is that people do business with people they like. We are a very personable firm. We enjoy speaking and meeting with our clients. Finally, the fourth principle is simply that we do the right thing. We are more concerned with client satisfaction than monthly billable hours.
We routinely draw on the collective experience resident among our own office attorneys, the balance of those across the broader firm. Lueder, Larkin & Hunter’s practice team structure, leveraging the benefits of technology, makes it possible for one point of contact to marshal any or all of the resources our clients require to advance even their most ambitious legal objectives.
