Mary is an Associate at the firm’s Alpharetta office where her practice primarily focuses on insurance defense. Before joining the firm, Mary was a solo practitioner in Tifton, Georgia. Her practice focused on personal injury, social security disability, workers’ compensation, and immigration. During her time in South Georgia, she served as the president for the Tifton Judicial Circuit Bar Association and as an evaluator for the Georgia Mock Trial Competition.

Mary graduated from Mississippi College School of Law where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, Christian Legal Society, and Women’s Student Bar Association. She volunteered her time at Mission First Legal Aid Clinic and interned with the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission.

Prior to attending law school, Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Valdosta State University. During college she participated in Mock Trial, Model Senate, and was elected first female president of the Valdosta College Democrats. She also interned with Georgia Legal Services and the Georgia State Senate.

Mary lives in the Stone Mountain area. In her free time, she takes her husband to hear live music, chases her two kids around, watches movies with her childhood best friend, reads a lot, and writes just for fun.
