Travian Scott, an Atlanta native, is an Associate Attorney in the Newnan, Peachtree City and Serenbe offices of Lueder, Larkin, & Hunter where her primary focus is on residential and commercial real estate closings.

Prior to joining the Lueder, Larkin and Hunter family, Travian served as In-House Counsel for a prominent temporary housing vendor handling various complex legal issues including contract negotiations and litigation.

In 2013, Ms. Scott earned two Bachelor of Business Administration Degrees in Finance and in Accounting from Valdosta State University. In 2019, she received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and was admitted to the Georgia Bar.

When Travian is not working, she enjoys reading, listening to music, traveling and spending time with her family.
