Shaugnassy Williams-Bryant is a dedicated attorney practicing community association law in Georgia. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, she earned her bachelor’s degree in criminology from Florida State University and later obtained her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she graduated in the top 10 of her class and founded the Charlotte E. Ray Legal Society, reflecting her commitment to advocacy and leadership.
She is admitted to practice in the Magistrate Courts of Georgia, the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Her practice focuses on representing condominium associations throughout the state. She concentrates her practice on covenant enforcement, document interpretation, operational guidance, and legal compliance for condominium associations. Her approach is grounded in clear communication, practical problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of governing documents and applicable law.
Outside of work, Shaugnassy enjoys exploring nature, solving logic-based puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.
