John Mark Montgomery is an associate litigation attorney in our Buckhead office. His practice primarily focuses on corporate litigation and general liability defense including premises liability, healthcare, and automobile.

In 2021, John Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with an emphasis in supply-chain management and a Legal Studies certificate. John Mark earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law in May of 2024. While at GSU, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and served as President of the Business & Law Society. He also participated in Moot Court, earning the Intrastate Best Team award in 2023 and receiving a CALI Award for Criminal Law.

Outside the courtroom, John Mark enjoys cheering on UGA and Atlanta sports teams, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
