Elliot is an associate in the Buckhead office of Lueder, Larkin & Hunter. Elliot’s practice focuses on civil litigation defense, insurance disputes, business litigation, and business transactional work. Elliot obtained his undergraduate degree from Mercer University graduating Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Economics and Business Management. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2019. While in law school, Elliot participated as a member of the Business Law Clinic and obtained a specialized Business Law Certificate with High Honors accompanying his general law degree. Prior to joining Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, Elliot obtained extensive experience litigating in an array of practice areas, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, construction litigation and business litigation.

Elliot is a member of the State bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Florida, the Northern District of Georgia U.S. District Court, and the Middle District of Georgia U.S. District Court.
