Hannah P. Mansulich is an associate in the firm’s Community Association Insurance Defense Group. She represents clients in litigation involving community associations and brings prior experience in civil litigation, appellate matters, and family law. Hannah has experience handling cases through all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, mediation, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.

Before joining the firm, Hannah worked at a family law and appellate practice, drafting everything from complaints and answers to discovery requests, dispositive motions, proposed orders, and appellate briefs. She analyzed complex discovery, prepared clients and witnesses for hearings and trial, assisted with depositions, negotiated in mediations, and worked to resolve high asset divorce and custody disputes. Working alongside forensic accountants, guardian ad litems, and opposing counsel gave her a practical understanding of litigation strategy and the importance of thorough preparation.

Hannah previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Nhan-Ai Simms of the Juvenile Court of the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit, the Honorable Agnes Chappell of the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Alabama, and the Honorable Scott Ballard of the Superior Court of the Griffin Judicial Circuit, where she researched complex legal issues, drafted memoranda and orders, reviewed pretrial and post-trial matters, and gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom procedure. Her experience from the courtroom continues to shape her practical, personable, and strategic approach to litigation.

Hannah earned her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, where she served as an elected class officer on the Student Board Association and as Treasurer of the Georgia Student Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Legal Studies from the University of Georgia. While at Georgia, she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and volunteered with the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Outside the office, Hannah enjoys hiking and kayaking with her dog, Tucker, traveling, cooking, reading, exploring history and art, cheering on the Georgia bulldogs, and spending time with family and friends.
