Gini Lynn Jenkins is an of counsel attorney in the Savannah office of the firm. She has over twenty years of civil litigation experience including premises liability, automobile accidents, worker’s compensation claims and other personal injury lawsuits. After graduating cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Gini Lynn began her career in Florida in civil litigation defense before moving to Georgia where she spent over sixteen years representing individuals in personal injury actions. However, in 2024, before joining the firm, she returned to her roots in defense litigation as staff counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.

In 2019, Gini Lynn was named to the list of Rising Stars® in Georgia, which honors the top lawyers in Georgia under the age of 40 or who have been practicing for less than 10 years. Gini Lynn was also named to the The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Litigation – an invitation only group composed of premier trial lawyers from each state who meet stringent qualifications. Gini Lynn also has significant trial experience including in 2015 being a member of the trial team to obtain the largest premises liability verdict in Liberty County, GA at the time.

In her free time, Gini Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, traveling and is an avid college football fan.
