George P. Fabian V practices in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office. George’s practice focuses primarily on defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act. George also focuses on defense of state workers’ compensation claims in South Carolina. Prior to law school, George received a B.S. in Political Science from SUNY Brockport. After graduation, George worked at a defense firm in New York City where he assisted in the defense of Defense Base Act claims and filing of War Hazard reimbursements. George later received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law where he led his graduating class with 632 pro bono hours.  George has been selected and featured in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.
