Eric practices in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office. His practice focuses primarily on concurrent jurisdiction claims arising under the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act.

Prior to law school, Eric graduated cum laude from Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies. After graduation, Eric worked at a law firm in New York City where he assisted with claims arising under the Jones Act and the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. Eric later received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law where he graduated with cum laude honors. While in law school, he was a member of the Charleston Law Review.
