Community Association Education

Community Association Manager (CAM) Prelicense Course – Fall 2026

Prepare for Georgia CAM licensure with practical instruction from experienced community association attorneys and GREC-licensed instructors.

About This Program

LLH’s Community Association Manager (CAM) Prelicense Course is designed for individuals seeking to satisfy Georgia’s prelicense education requirement for Community Association Manager licensure.

This 25-hour course provides a practical introduction to the legal, financial, and operational principles that community association managers encounter every day. In addition to covering the material required for licensure, our instructors focus on how those concepts actually apply to condominium associations, homeowners associations, community association boards, owners, vendors, and management companies.

Learn the operational principles that community association managers encounter every day

The course is taught by experienced LLH attorneys who regularly advise community associations throughout Georgia and who understand the issues managers face in real-world practice. Our goal is not simply to prepare students for the licensing process, but to give new managers a strong foundation for making better decisions once they begin working with associations.

Attendance at all scheduled class sessions is required for successful completion of the course.
