What You'll Learn

SB406

The landscape of community living in Georgia has fundamentally shifted with the signing of Senate Bill 406, also known as the Georgia Property Owners' Bill of Rights Act. This comprehensive course is designed specifically for HOA board members, property managers, and real estate professionals who must adapt to the most sweeping regulatory overhaul in decades. Participants will gain an actionable understanding of the strict compliance measures taking full effect on January 1, 2027, as well as the critical attorney-fee provisions that became active on July 1, 2026.
