Sepeedeh Javaherifar is an associate in the Houston office of Lueder, Larkin & Hunter. Sepeedeh’s practice focuses primarily on defense claims arising under the Defense Base Act.

Sepeedeh Javaherifar earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2020. After being admitted to practice law, she began her legal career as an immigration attorney with experience in employment-based immigration and removal defense.

Throughout her legal career, she has represented individuals, employers, and foreign nationals in a variety of immigration matters, including employment-based visa petitions. Her experience includes drafting appellate briefs and filings before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sepeedeh is fluent in Farsi. She enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through spin classes.
