Kenneth is an Associate Attorney in Lueder, Larkin & Hunter’s Peachtree City office, where he focuses his practice on residential real estate transactions. With over twelve years of experience in multiple facets of real estate law, Kenneth brings a comprehensive understanding of the closing process – from preclosing coordination to post-closing resolution.

Before becoming an Associate Attorney, Kenneth served as a Closing Coordinator with the firm, where he developed a deep appreciation for the operational and interpersonal components of successful transaction. Today, he leverages that background to anticipate challenges, streamline closings, and provide clients with clarity and confidence throughout every stage of the process.

Kenneth earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. His legal approach reflects both his business acumen and his commitment to delivering pragmatic, client-focused solutions.

Outside of the office, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their dog, Snickers. He also enjoys restoring his 1971 Datsun 240z, where the same attention to detail and problem-solving skills that define his legal work find creative expression.
