Burke B. Johnson and Brian P. McElreath Named to Best Lawyers in America

In its 2017 edition, Best Lawyers® has recognized Burke Johnson and Brian McElreath, partners at Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC, as among the leading attorneys in the country. The results were published in the 23rd Edition edition of The Best Lawyers in America™.  Brian McElreath was recognized in the field of Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers.  Burke Johnson was recognized in the field of Commercial Litigation.

Brian McElreath is a Partner in the Charleston office of Lueder, Larkin & Hunter. His practice primarily focuses on Longshore, Defense Base Act and War Hazard Compensation Act claims and workers’ compensation and subrogation claims, and he also handles general liability and insurance coverage matters throughout Georgia and South Carolina.


Burke Johnson is a partner in the Loganville office of Lueder Larkin & Hunter.  Burke has almost 30 years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney. He has tried approximately 100 cases to verdict in courts throughout Georgia and has argued cases in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Eleventh United States Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Johnson routinely handles title insurance claims, real property disputes, catastrophic personal injury cases, commercial general liability claims, insurance coverage matters, business and commercial disputes, and probate and estate administration and litigation.
