Recognition
Courtney joined Lueder, Larkin & Hunter in 2015 and currently manages the Winder, Jefferson, and Braselton locations.
Courtney graduated from Emory University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Area Studies. After receiving her law degree in 1997, Courtney returned to the Atlanta area and began practicing real estate law with the largest real estate firm in the State of Georgia. Courtney focuses her practice on residential real estate transactions, but has extensive experience with land acquisition and new construction as well as homeowners association formation and turn over.
Courtney is very active with the I-85 North Board of Realtors and was named the Affiliate of the Year in 2010 and 2013. Additionally, Courtney is a member of the Jackson County Builders Association, serving as an Executive Board Member from 2008-2011, and named Affiliate of the Year in 2010.
