Tamacca Smallwood was born and raised in Mississippi and attended college at Hinds Community College in Utica, Mississippi studying in Business and Office Technology. After college Tamacca worked as an assistant for a local Mississippi social security and disability benefits firm; which sparked her interest to learn more about the legal profession and the litigation process. Upon moving to Georgia in 1999, Tamacca began her career as a paralegal. Tamacca’s many years of experience in the legal field and her desire to learn more about the law has given her an ability to collect assessments, host collection training classes, create collection training manuals, as well as having become very proficient in locating and researching case law and various case law studies. Tamacca’s primary areas of practice include collection litigation and post-judgment collections.
