The founding member of the firm, John Lueder, was licensed to practice law in Georgia in 1995. Most of John’s practice has been concentrated on community association law and litigation. John has also served on community association boards of directors and has addressed many of the same issues that you, as a director or officer, address on a day-to-day basis. John’s practical experience includes serving on the board of directors for his last three homeowners associations, including serving as president and treasurer. From this experience, and from his experience as an attorney specializing in community association law, John is in a unique position to provide both legal and practical advice to our community association clients.

Extended Bio
  • John earned his Bachelor Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1992 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Georgia State University College of Law in 1995.
  • John was awarded the 2003 Educator of the Year Award by the Georgia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-Georgia). The Community Association Institute is the largest organization supporting community associations in the United States. The firm is a member and sponsor of CAI-Georgia. John has served as a director of the CAI - Georgia Board of Directors and was chair of the Magazine Committee and the Board liaison to the Magazine Committee and the Legislative Action Committee.
